IRVINE, Calif. - It's Hotel Irvine's first winter holiday, so the culinary team has created irresistible, fun and delectable seasonal choices for twosomes to groups of 20 who won't be able to resist imbibing and noshing through Chef Jason's edible plans for the Twelve Days of Christmas. He promises even more festive decision making from all the bubbly options for New Year's Eve revelry. Chef Kevin's Christmas Meals To Go from Marketplace will let stay-at-home hosts take a break from the kitchen to spend more time with friends and family by bringing home everything from the sides to the star attraction to the dessert.  

Twelve Days of Christmas
December 12 through 23
During the Twelve Days of Christmas Chef Jason gives a reason to break diets, spread holiday cheer for miles and choose from a menu filled with lots to eat and drink. Beginning on Saturday, December 12, and continuing for each of the twelve days following, EATS Kitchen & Bar will be serving up specialty dishes crafted straight from the beloved folk song, like coq au vin (French hens), cinnamon toast ice cream (maids a-milking) and a pink lady cocktail (ladies dancing).

EATSmas Holiday Bash
Thursday, December 24, from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday, December 25, from noon to 8 p.m.
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Chef Jason is hand-picking a selection of featured dishes from the Twelve Days of Christmas for a four-course prix fixe menu to celebrate the holiday.

Christmas Meals To Go from Marketplace
Marketplace takes the stress out of planning the Christmas menu as Chef Kevin prepares everything from the main course to sides to dessert. Celebrants set the table while Marketplace takes care of the rest. Mix and match from the following choices to make the perfect holiday meal:

Everything but the Sink
Complete Christmas meal is packed to go with the choice of one main course, five sides, one
dessert and dinner rolls with butter.
Price is $192, excluding tax. Serves up to six people.

Main Course Mastery
Marketplace does the heavy lifting and sends home a choice of one main course while home cooks take care of the sides. Chef Kevin and his team won't be offended if the host
claims the main as his or her own.
Price per main dish is $108, excluding tax. Main dishes are available a la carte and serve up
to six people.

Accompaniments for All
The home cook creates the big ticket item while Marketplace takes care of all the sides or
dessert, so there's extra room in the home oven.
Pricing per side dish or dessert is $24, excluding tax. Individual sides and desserts serve up
to six people.

Revelers should grab their favorite glitter-embellished dresses, put on their go-to dancing shoes and don their party hats to say hello to 2016 with an end-of-the-year bash at EATS Kitchen & Bar! They'll raise their glasses of champagne and ring in the New Year with a hand-selected, five-course prix fixe menu by Chef Jason, accompanied by live music on the patio.

Thursday, December 31, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Bling in the New Year with a little sparkle and a lot of flash with champagne and dancing at Red Bar and Lounge. Ring in 2016 with plenty of bubbly, handcrafted cocktails and a late-night menu to keep the revelry going long into the night.
$25 ticket includes champagne toast at midnight and party favors. Advance ticket purchase recommended at Eventbrite - A Midnight to Remember. Reserved seating not permitted. 

NYE Party Within a Party at Red Bar and Lounge

Thursday, December 31, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Party-goers can reserve a booth for their crew at Red Bar and Lounge's NYE celebration.
