IRVINE, Calif. - Hotel Irvine's inaugural Fourth of July weekend will be a real blast featuring three classic American activities: summertime vacation fun, a red white and blue cocktail and of course, BBQ. For the coolest summer vacation, guests can spend a few days relaxing and playing during a Fourth of July getaway. From July 2 through July 4, the bartenders at Red Bar and Lounge will be concocting their razzle dazzle cocktail, The Sparkler. And, Chef Kevin and his crew are cooking up a fireworks-worthy Fourth of July BBQ To Go feast for two or the whole gang - to be shared at the beach, in the park, by the pool or wherever.

Patriotic fun for Hotel Irvine guests include complimentary daily breakfast at Marketplace with morning favorites such as eggs, bacon, sausage and breakfast burritos; everyday poolside merriment with access to the new Wet Bar offering BBQ grilled favorites like burgers, bratwurst and summer salads; and two cocktails at Red Bar and Lounge (suggested July 4th cocktail: The Sparkler made of vodka, homemade sweet & sour and strawberries in a glass rimmed with blue sugar).

Fourth of July BBQ To Go at Marketplace
Everyone's BBQ favorites are prepped, packed and ready for the road! Chef Kevin has created a complete menu to simply pick up, serve up and enjoy. The Fourth of July BBQ To Go includes: BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Citrus Herb Roasted Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Mac n' Cheese, Coleslaw, Chilled Grilled Vegetable Salad and Peach Cobbler.
