Destination Irvine received a Gold Award in the MarCom 2012 Competition for the organization's 2012-2013 Official Visitors Guide.
The MarCom Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. Over 6,000 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries were submitted for the 2012 competition.
"We are proud of our second Gold Award for our visitors guide," said Wendy Haase, Director of Tourism Marketing, Destination Irvine. "To, once again, be recognized by industry professionals for our marketing efforts is a real honor."
