Let's do Brunch! starting every Sunday in February features bottomless mimosas and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. California Wine Nights and drink pairing series at Red Bar and Lounge combine delicious food and vino, while Red Hot Taco Tuesdays offers next-level made-to-order $2 tacos. For the months' biggest events Hotel Irvine is throwing an all-you-can-eat Super Bowl Big Game Tailgate; a seven-course Around-the-World Valentine's Dinner; a 2016 Grammy Viewing Party highlighted by food and drinks inspired by Record of the Year nominees; and NCAA March Madness viewing on the 10-foot TV with $2 game-time bottled beers.

Each month, EATS Kitchen & Bar is showcasing a different California winery, and the winemakers themselves will lead guests through an interactive five-course meal pairing their wines with an exclusive menu created by Chef Jason.

Sunday Funday is taken to the next level with all-new Sunday Brunch at EATS Kitchen & Bar. Chef Jason is unveiling an over-the-top brunch menu with flowing $8 bottomless mimosas to keep the party going all day long and an epic $14 build-your-own Bloody Mary bar with all the trimmings.

Super Bowl 50 Big Game Tailgate
Sunday, February 7 starting at 2 p.m.
Red Bar and Lounge is celebrating half a century of Super Bowl excitement with an all-you-can-eat tailgate party fit for a king-or an offensive lineman. Guests can get ready for kickoff with AYCE favorites like chicken wings and sliders, and wash ‘em down with $2 bottled beers while the big game takes over the huge 10-foot TV in the lounge.

Around-the-World Valentine's Day Dinner
