They started out as a food truck before venturing to open their first brick & mortar location at Westpark Plaza in Irvine. Local food critics love the Cut’s signature handcrafted burgers made with all natural, free-range meats that are also hormone and antibiotic-free. Besides their already famous burgers, you can find Honey Sriracha Chicken wings, truffle smoked mac and cheese and Spanish Chorizo Croquettes on their menu.
