It's the most wonderful time of the year for foodies across Orange County- it's Orange County Restaurant Week! This year, 125 restaurants are joining in on the festivities, offering special menus filled with flavor and value March 3-9. Hispanic culture is beloved and embraced in Orange County, and three restaurants, Cha Cha's Latin Kitchen, Taco Rosa, and Sol Agave, are serving up some fantastic menus during the 11th year of OC Restaurant Week. Here is a snapshot of what they have to offer.

At Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen in Irvine, diners can enjoy $15 lunch specials and $30 dinner specials.

Lunch includes soup or salad and entree. During lunch, their classic margarita is just $6. Choose between Caesar Salad or Pozole Verde and then select one of these lunch entrees: 

Tacos: Choice of any 2: chicken, steak, carnitas, or wild mushroom. Served with espazote black beans and roasted salsa rice. 
Vegetable Enchiladas: Made with calabasitas, fresh corn, mixed cheeses, tomatillo, and topped with a poblano chile sauce.
Crab & Shrimp Enchiladas: Crab & shrimp sautéed with garlic, white wine, and poblano peppers. Served with creamy habanero pesto sauce.
Fresh Grilled Salmon: Chipotle-honey glazed salmon on a bed of roasted potatoes. Served with fresh corn and pasilla chiles.
Chicken Flautas: Fresh chicken, roasted corn, guajillo chili, and Oaxaca cheese fill crisp flour tortillas. They are served with mango-habanero salsa. 
Short Rib Enchiladas: These open-face enchiladas feature guajillo braised short rib and goat cheese. They are served with epazote black beans.

Dinner includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Appetizer options are Caesar Salad, Pozole Verde, Homemade Sopes, Aguachile, and Chicken Flautas. Dessert options are flan, tres leches cake, and churros. Dinner entrees are as follows: 

Roasted Vegetable Fajita: Made with Calabasitas, fresh corn, wild mushrooms, poblano & red peppers, achiote onions, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and escabeche.
Crab & Shrimp Enchiladas: Crab & shrimp sautéed with garlic, white wine, and poblano peppers. Served with creamy habanero pesto sauce.
Fresh Grilled Salmon: Chipotle-honey glazed salmon on a bed of roasted potatoes. Served with fresh corn and pasilla chiles.
Roasted Chicken: Pan-roasted Mary’s free-range chicken breast marinated in Yucatán spices. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables, homemade salsas, and corn tortillas
Guajillo Braised Short Rib Enchilada: Guajillo braised short ribs over a bed of epazote black beans. Topped with guajillo sauce, goat cheese, fresh radish, and micro cilantro.
‘Wood-Oven’ Carnitas: Slow-braised, marinated pork with achiote onion, fresh salsas, epazote black beans, salsa rice, and corn tortillas.

At Taco Rosa in Irvine, diners can enjoy $15 lunch specials and $30 dinner specials as well!

Lunch includes Roasted Tomato Soup, Arugula Beet Salad, an entree, and Flancito and Churros con Chocolate. Choose from the following lunch entrees: 

Tacos De Filete: Two charbroiled skirt steak tacos sautéed with mushrooms and onions, topped with flamed brie cheese, served with Mexican rice, pinto beans and salsa.
Tacos De Chile Relleno: Two tacos, chilaca pepper stuffed with panela cheese, and topped with roasted corn, zucchini, and spinach, served with white butter rice and black beans.
Enchiladas Mexico City: Two chicken enchiladas topped with tomatillo sauce, melted Oaxaca cheese, crema, queso fresco, marinated serrano and onions, served with Mexican rice and pinto beans.
Carnitas Con Chicharron: Tender pork shoulder. pibil sauce and chicharron, served with pico de gallo, salsa, GMO-free corn tortillas, Mexican rice and pinto beans.
Fajitas De Pollo: Chicken breast fajitas with sweet pepper, onions, mushrooms and basil, served with pico de gallo salsa GMO-free corn tortillas, white butter rice and black beans.
Rosa Combo: Blackened chicken taco and cheese enchilada served with Mexican rice and refried pinto beans.
Dos Puercos Burrito: Pork shoulder and pork belly carnitas, Mexican rice, pico de gallo and our blend of cheeses in a flour tortilla topped with chile negro sauce and melted cheese.  Served with black beans, escabeche and sour cream.
Tostada: Black beans, melted cheeses, avocado pico de gallo al pastor, and hearts of romaine tossed in a lime/olive oil vinaigrette, crowned with jicama and carrot.

Dinner includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Appetizer options are Monk Ceviche, Guacamole, and Chicken Taquitos. Dessert options are Cuatros Leches Cake or a Churro Banana Split. Featured cocktails are Chikka (Tesoro silver, fresh pineapple, lime, cilantro and agave nectar) and the 
Blue Margarita (Tesoro reposado, blue Curaçao, fresh pineapple, lime and agave nectar) for just $11. Dinner entrees are as follows: 

Tacos De Filete: A trio of charbroiled skirt steak tacos sautéed with mushrooms and onion, topped with flamed brie cheese, and served with salsa fresca de tomatillo, black beans and Mexican rice.
Camarones Tampiquenos: Wild jumbo shrimp sautéed in a cayenne cream sauce with garlic butter, mushrooms and sweet peppers on a bed of white butter rice.
Wild Salmon Cazuela: Served on a bed of rice, spinach, diced zucchini, roasted corn and organic greens.
Paella Espanola: Wild jumbo shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, Italian sausage, chicken breast, sweet peppers, and onions on a bed of Spanish saffron risotto.
Carnitas Pibil: Tender pork shoulder with pibil sauce, refried beans, guacamole, escabeche, Mexican rice and a sweet corn tamalito.  
Pollo En Mole: Free-range chicken breast adobada over butter white rice and topped with mole sauce. Served with caramelized plantains, zucchini and choice of tortillas. 
 Fajitas: Choice of Mushrooms, Chicken or Steak with caramelized onions, sweet pepper, basil, and chile guerito. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo al pastor, refried beans and Mexican rice.
Chamorro De Puerco En Chile Negro: Tender kurobuta pork foreshank (Osso Buco) on our chile negro sauce and served with potatoes and black beans.

At Sol Agave in Mission Viejo is serving up 3 course meals for  $20 at lunch and $40 at dinner.

Lunch and dinner options are the same. They include an appetizer of either Shrimp Taquitos, Cazeula de Queso, or Jalapeno Cream Soup. Dessert options are a Cajeta Churro or Butter Cake. Entrees are as follows: 

Carnitas: Organic all natural duroc pork served with guacamole, sour cream, rice, beans, and handmade corn tortillas.
Steak Fajitas: Prime skirt steak, sauteed peppers and onions, served with sour cream, guacamole, rice, refried beans, and handmade corn tortillas.
Seafood Enchiladas: Dungeness crab, shrimp, roasted pepper sauce, queso and sour cream. Served with Veracruz white rice.
Pollo En Mole: All natural chicken breast, topped with spicy mole sauce and served with Veracruz white rice and avocado.
Villa Rica: Fresh barramundi seabass topped with a warm villa rica sauce, sauteed spinach, and served over Veracruz white rice.
