Copper Chef at Wyndham Irvine

From Monday to Sunday at 3-7 p.m., guests at the Copper Chef can expect happy hour specials like draft beers, house wine and libations like martinis and Blue Ice Vodka. These pair well with the eatery’s nachos, wings, Kobe beef sliders and, a personal favorite, the short rib quesadilla.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine

From 5-7 p.m., this hotel offers a complimentary happy hour exclusively for hotel guests (called the Evening Reception) that is the rave of many. Alongside libations, munch on bar snacks like nachos and more that pair perfectly well with your drink.
