TAPS Fish House & Brewery, in partnership with Pavilions, continues the tradition of bringing California’s finest winemakers to OC. Wine lovers won't want to miss a spectacular Ferrari Carano dinner. Event host and Executive Winemaker, Sarah Quider, will guide guests through a five-course menu paired with fine wines from the Ferrari Carano collection.
The evening commences with a welcome reception featuring the first wine of the evening, 2017 Dry Sangiovese Rose Sonoma County. Once seated, the pairing menu begins with Fennel Pollen Crusted Big Eye Tuna with 2017 Fume Blanc Sauvignon Blanc Sonoma County, followed by Seared Jumbo Sea Scallop Ajo Blanco with 2015 Reserve Chardonnay Napa Valley Carneros. Next, enjoy Chocolate Veal Ravioli paired with 2015 Merlot Sonoma County and Fenugreek Sous Vide Leg of Lamb with 2013 Tresor Sonoma County Red Blend. The finale is Pistachio Sbrisolona Cake with 2016 Eldorado Noir Black Muscat Russian River Valley Sonoma County.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase wine served at a discount. Pick up will be at diners' local Vons/Pavillions store.
