    Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails in Irvine is now offering Saturday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., boasting tableside build-your-own mimosa carts, bacon-filled Bloody Marys and a mix of appetizing brunch dishes. From light and simple to savory and sophisticated, recently appointed Executive Chef Porfirio Gomez created a brunch menu that combines Californian flavors with his two favorite Mediterranean cuisines: Spanish and French. Highlights include Crème Brule French Toast, topped with caramelized bananas, fresh berries, cinnamon cream and maple syrup, Pork Belly Fritatta and most importantly, The Andrei's Mimosa Cart, offering premium liqueurs, champagne, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
