Greater Irvine Restaurants Giving Back to the Community 

With many struggling to make ends meet amid the health crisis, these Irvine restaurants are showing their support through free meals, fundraiser campaigns, and donations.

Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails
What: Buy one meal and Andrei's will donate two. Andrei's has partnered with Someone Cares Soup Kitchen to provide meals for the homeless, seniors and unemployed during the Covid-19 pandemic. For every takeout order Andrei’s will donate a meal to the soup kitchen plus one to the restaurant staff members who are so greatly affected by this situation.  

Angelina's Pizzeria Napoletana
What: 50% off for all service industry employees & Irvine Company employees with a valid work ID.

Atomic Creamery
What: Partnered with Pay It Forward - chose two pints of ice cream to have delivered to a friend, employee, family member, neighbor or teacher.
How: Order online and use promo code "UHSUP" to receive 15% off the order.

Blaze Pizza
What: Purchase gift cards for yourself, family, friends, or healthcare provider. 

Bruegger's Bagels
What: Buy a bagel bundle they will give a baker's dozen to a community in need.

Curry Up Now
What: "Roll It Forward" meal match. For every "Donation Meal" purchased, the restaurant will match it meal for meal and deliver it directly to those in need in Irvine.
How: Add a $12 "Donation Meal" to order via the website or app. 

Del Frisco's Grille
What: Purchase a boxed for yourself or to donate to local first responders. Restaurant is donating one boxed lunch for every two boxes ordered. Boxes are $14 each or 10 boxes for $120.

Everyday Eatery
What: Free coffee or tea for doctors and nurses with badge/ID. 

Fogo de Chão
What: Fogo has been donating 10% of all sales to NO KID HUNGRY. They have raised enough to donate over 200,000 meals for children in need. Every dollar donated provides up to 10 healthy meals.

How: Guests have the option to call in and donate, they can also donate when checking out on their online ordering system.

Grater Grilled Cheese
What: One free salad or one free creation for hospital staff, police and first responders. 

Hopdoddy 
What: Buy a burger and a burger will be donated to a healthcare professional.
How: Order online and use code "Buy1Give1" at check-out.

Islands
What: For every full-price adult entrée purchased, one meal donated to a senior citizen in need.

Lazy Dog
What: For every friends + family meal purchased, one will be donated. 

Macaroni Grill
What: Purchase a "First Responder" meal for $10 and they will deliver Mom’s Ricotta & Meatballs Spaghetti  to those helping the front line.  

Panini Kabob Grill
What: Supporting front line employees by delivery complimentary meals to area hospitals. 

P.F. Chang's
What: 15% of every gift card purchased will be donated restaurant employees needed assistance.

Pressed Juicery
What: Sending free cold-pressed juices and shots to hospitals. To nominate a hospital to receive free juices, email community@pressedjuicery.com.

New York's Upper Crust Pizza
What: 50% off for police, ambulance teams, military in uniform and doctors and nurses with ID/badge.

Starbucks
What: Free drip coffee to front line workers through May 3, includes police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, nurses, hospital staff and researchers.

The Melt
What: Free to-go meal to all hospital and medical staff. Up to $15.
How: Show your work badge/ID.

The Stand
What: They’ve teamed up with local hospitals in Southern California to send boxed lunches and dinners to healthcare heroes on the front lines, with the goal of sending over 1,000 meals per week.
