Valentine’s Dinner at Hilton Irvine

Available Valentine’s Day weekend from 5:00–10:00 PM, Hilton Irvine invites couples to celebrate the season of love with a special Valentine’s Day dinner for two at its on-site restaurant, Trellis & Tide Kitchen & Bar. Thoughtfully designed for a romantic night out, the experience features a three-course prix fixe menu for two for $124, along with validated parking for up to three hours.

Couples can personalize their evening with menu selections that include:
• Bottle of Jaume Serra Cava Brut, included with dinner
• Choice of heirloom roasted tomato soup with crème fraîche and fine herbs, or a gem salad with little gem lettuce, grated Parmesan, garlic croutons, radish, chives, and black garlic Caesar dressing
• Choice of 10oz hanger steak with shrimp scampi, truffle mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables, or wild-caught halibut with forbidden rice, asparagus, and citrus butter sauce
• Choice of crème brûlée or chocolate layer cake
