Warehouse 72, a new upscale modern American restaurant coming to Hyatt Regency Irvine this summer, will offer a unique dining experience that blends innovation with tradition.

The restaurant is the brainchild of restaurateur Doug Pak and aims to be a community hub that fosters connection and positive energy. Each Warehouse 72 location has its own design, and the Irvine location will focus on a calming atmosphere with natural elements.

Executive Chef Jaime Salazar will create modern American dishes using seasonal ingredients. the restaurant will also host special events like wine dinners and chef tastings.
