Owned and managed by Leanne and Pawel Pietrasinski, both self-taught bakers, Honey and Butter is truly a labor of love.
Every ingredient is prepped in-house from ganache, sauces, buttercreams, and jams. Each flavor is perfected through trial and error.
Flavors rotate weekly from fruity pebbles, crème brulee, matcha, taro sticky rice, vanilla bean, Hawaiian mochi, espresso, strawberry mascarpone, s’moreo, butterbeer, white chocolate pretzel, rose milk tea, Nutella hazelnut, birthday cake, honey lavender, French toast, passion fruit yuzu, and plenty more!
Honey and Butter also hold events, collaborating with brands with engaging characters and stories such as Pusheen the Cat, Line Friends, BT21, Hatsune Miku, Molang, Tokidoki, and more. Every event brings together fans of each brand, celebrating pop culture and art – with themed macarons to complement each occasion!
