Taking place across 어바인 스펙트럼 센터 그리고 다나카 농장, the celebration blends food, fashion, culture, and community into one unforgettable weekend in Irvine.

June 6: Be Part of History at Irvine Spectrum Center
켜짐 Saturday, June 6, history will be made as Matsumoto Shave Ice is served on the mainland United States for the very first time.
The one-day activation will take place inside Ryoko Rain at Irvine Spectrum Center during regular business hours and will feature a special condensed menu of the famous shaved ice offerings that have made Matsumoto a beloved Hawaii institution for generations.
Available while supplies last, this limited experience is expected to draw visitors, food lovers, and fans eager to be among the first to try this iconic treat without boarding a flight to Hawaii.
While visiting, guests can also explore Irvine Spectrum Center’s shopping, dining, and entertainment scene—from boutiques and restaurants to attractions like the Giant Wheel and outdoor spaces perfect for a full day out.
June 7: Celebrate Island Culture at Tanaka Farms’ Luau Festival
The celebration continues on Sunday, June 7, with a vibrant Luau Festival at Tanaka Farms from 오전 11:00~오후 6:00
Set against one of Irvine’s most beloved agritourism destinations, the festival invites visitors to experience island culture through live entertainment, local flavors, and interactive experiences.
Festival highlights include fresh Matsumoto Shave Ice served throughout the day, exclusive collaboration merchandise, and live Polynesian dance performances and cultural entertainment by Mevina Liufau and Tavake Rereata Dance Studio. Visitors can also enjoy a curated lineup of local food trucks and explore cultural booths featuring interactive, hands-on experiences throughout the festival.
Admission is free; however, parking reservations are required and will be managed directly through Tanaka Farms. Guests planning to attend are encouraged to reserve early. A group VIP experience will also be available through Tanaka Farms.
Adding even more meaning to the event, a portion of net proceeds from the Luau Festival will support farmers in Hawaii affected by recent floods.
