The exhibition Reencuentros: Seeing You Again presents eight contemporary photographers whose works delve into the ubiquitous and intimate nature of family and home.
The exhibition's title translates as reencounter. In the context of the works on view, that reencounter may be with people, place, feeling, or memory shaped by home, family, or domesticity. Through their discrete photographic practices and autobiographical approaches, the artists featured in Reencuentros: Seeing You Again present works that are part homage and part exploration of how home and family blur the boundaries between present and future.
